Safety – to ensure that sensitive documents stay in the right hands, we developed already in 2002 an innovative, software driven document management system: KYOcontrol, which is marketed by Kyocera. With KYOcontrol print and copy jobs are only produced after the sender of the print job identified himself in the system with his badge. The same way Email, faxes and scanned documents are handled. The sender receives the documents “just in time” with assignable costs and authorities. The access is thus denied to unauthorized individuals. You receive a unproblematic integration into your IT environment, the use of your existing employee badges as well as the encryption of your data.

Flexibility – we see special customer wishes and individual demands as an exciting challenge. Our team of software engineers manages each time to meet customer requirements with flexibility and to present individual solutions. In order to ensure this flexibility we produce the card readers for KYOcontrol inhouse for example and continuously advance our software.

As an authorized Kyocera Mita 5 Star Alliance Partner and solution center we offer sales, maintenance and support for all Kyocera machines. In addition, we can revert to a Germany wide service network due to long term partnerships.
