The world is guest in Islerlohn: secure printing and high end color documents on an international economy convention
“Green Business” was the motto of this year’s Campus Symposium, a student organized event, that M.S.E. sponsored for the fourth time in a row. Highest security levels were mandatory due to renowned guest speakers like Tony Blair. M.S.E. provided the personalized identity cards that not only marked the different security access areas for guests, sponsors and organizers but also contained a transponder chip underneath the colorfully printed surface that secured ownership and confidential information. With these cards the participants were able to print personalized
- Participation certificates
- Daily agenda
- Work shop contents
- Menues
on the centrally placed multifunctional color system TASKalfa by Kyocera.
With these identity cards M.S.E. introduces a development that can ease the daily work life significantly. If used consequently this identity card accompanies the employee through his entire work day. It starts with gaining access to the company parking lot and granting entry to the building during pre-defined times. Furthermore, the card documents the employee’s working hours, opens his office door and saves the typing of a password. The mensa food can be accounted to it and personalized prints from printers and multifunctional devices can be picked up. Without a superfluous press of the button he can scan documents or send them as Emails. At the end of the working day the card locks the door behind him.
